bayquarter

Even though I was home during the morning, I drove in to Yokohama with my mother for some family get-together in Chinatown in the afternoon. Prior to the get-together, we stopped by at Sogo, located on the east side of Yokohama station.

The amount of people there was tremendous...apparently, a new commercial facility opened on a location further away from the station and people were using passages through Sogo to get there. As a result, the department store was filled with people and there were a lot of difficulty just getting around. As for me, I went to a Bang & Olufsen dealership in the Portside District nearby. This new commercial facility, named Yokohama Bay Quarter had many places to eat, but its shops were not as attractive as the amount of people that were observable there.

After shopping was done, we went to our rendezvous point to go get my father and grandfather. We hopped on our car and drove over to Chinatown as usual. The food there was great as always. I guess this wraps up my day...not the most interesting day, but it was fulfilling to a certain extent. Ciao.

i'm back

Those happy days in Britain are now over and I have returned to Japan, back to reality. My stay in Cambridge was like a dream...although I was able to enjoy every single elements that composed this program, for some reason, it seems quite difficult for me to think that I was actually living in Cambridge for a month until the day before yesterday with fantastic mates!

This summer I was able to spend with those fellows is probably one of the best ones yet and it probably will remain one of the most memorable ones as well. For now, I am enjoying my leeway at home, but workaholic weeks are upcoming and this gap would probably seem quite tough for me to adjust. I am planning to open some sort of a social meeting in a month or so. So tempting...I can't wait!
