jingu

Yes, I was enforced a visit to Jingu Stadium today, just to take attendance. How wasteful!? I mean from the place I live, one way train ride costs me 840yen. Since the game was postponed today, I'm going to have to waste a total of 3360 yen for no reason. No matter how rich your family is, no one actually wastes money for no reason.

My family is not rich, so how could there ever be a reason to waste money, when we could've expected the outcome? Teachers get their transportation fees offerd from the school admininstration, and their jobs should be way more easier than giving classes in school, so it would be delightful for them to hear the news of postponement, but it's a nightmare for us students. Is this the kind of an unlogical thing the most prestegious private educational institute in Japan would do? Use your knowledge, dumbasses. Why do weather forecast exist for God's sake!? To predict and plan stuffs earlier, morons. Gees.

So, the game was called off. 10 of my classmates went back all the way to Shonandai to work on our Culture Festival project, since Monday was overtaken from the new Soukeisen date. Finally, we are beginning to see scarce light for completion. Most of the "hardware" is near completion, so what we must work hard on is the "software". Tuesday should be the date of "hardware" completion, from our prospect. Now, we've got to write the lines and plots we're going to use on the day of the Culture Festival. Good luck to us all! lol

jiyuken, handed in

The teachers finally accepted my thesis today...I've been finished for the past week and a half, but since the due date was today, I had to wait. I believe I did well enough...I'm hoping that I'll get an A+, just like this scene I saw in my dream couple of days ago. No such evaluation exists, but something close. lol

Today was filled with achievements. First, thesis, second, editing, third, painting, and last, my self-introduction in French. A nice, fulfilling day.

Weather seems to be a concern tomorrow...actually, day after tomorrow too. C'mon, brighten up, you stupid sun! lol

a bit depressed...

Yes as the title says, I'm a bit depressed indeed. Pretty deeply too.

I've made the possible cause to it, but is the thing resulted from this cause the actual reason for it? Or is it because I'm swallowed in by the waves of busyness? Do I lack aggressiveness? I know it's impossible for me to obtain the answers to these questions unless I ask directly, but I'll just keep it to myself for now.

Carefulness? Hopefully, but unlikely. My guess is that "it" is resulting from 3 reasons I've thought up of inside my mind...my expectations are higher, but tough luck. Am I making the right choice here? Hope so...

iPod Photo

Fellow engineers at Apple developed a new iPod, featureing a color screen! The sensation I'm getting from this annoucement is as much as when GameBoy was first colorized 6 years ago. lol As I've talked about yesterday, iPod is one of my favorite "design-oriented" items I own. It's so cool and useful too! I carry around about 2000 songs on it everyday...with the new model, I would be able to carry around photographs along with music. Unfortunately, as I've also said yesterday, these cool products are costly.

The iPod model I currently own cost me 50,000 yen when I bought it 2 years ago. This new model that was released today costs 58,000 yen including tax. Yeah, like I can afford it, when I can't even bear to replace my cell phone handset that is about to fall apart any moment from now. lol

All so sudden, it was really chilly today...I could've used myself a coat. These sudden changes in temperature easily allow people to catch a cold, when a season is about to change. Believe it or not, the final due date for our theses is Friday, which is only 2 days from today. I better brace myself for it.

skyumbrella

It seems as though I tend to favor "design-oriented" things. My value toward products is based on design, more than it's specification or performance...of course, it would be best if both of these elements are bundled in products which I think are cool, but these cases are rare. Recently, Vodafone announced that they would release a handset manufactured by a Finnish phone company called Nokia. My antenna reacted aggressively towards it's design; it's ergonomic-based, curvy design, and it's straight type, unlike all of those clamshell type phones that are out in the market today...irresistable. Unfortunately, it's features don't live up to the Japanese standards. To accept the demerit, or not? This is the question that is asked over and over again inside my head, whenever I encounter an attractive product, such as this one.

Among these "design-oriented" products I own, I love my umbrella; I totally adore it! It's called "Skyumbrella", and it's a product made by the world-famous MoMA, or the Museum of Modern Arts in New York City. Fortunately, it's features are cool too. Not only that it has a picture of blue sky drawn inside, it closes automatically with a touch of a button! Quite useful, really. There's a larger version available, but it doesn't open automatically. That's the reason why I always carry around the portable "Skyumbrella", instead of normal sized ones.

My next target is an alarm clock, designed by this world famous designer called Phillippe Starck. This product has great features, along with it's slick, "Stark" design. The only demerit that exists in this product is its cost. Like all other design oriented products, its pricey. Also, there's this earphones I've wanted for a long time, from this Dannish audio manufacturer called Bang & Olufsen. It's really cool, but pricey...there's still a long way left for me until these goals. Bummer. lol

filled with sarcasm and insults

Ahh, what a wonderful day...especially from the lunch break! My class's Culture Festival manager informed me the fact that school told us that we must delete all specific names, both captionwise and soundwise in all of the videos that is going to be used for the Culture Festival during lunchbreak today.

Well, guess what? There's this video we've worked really hard on, beginning from August 3rd, in order to keep some spare time left right before the Festival. We foresaw really well, and I'm absolutely sure that we were the most advanced class up until recently. This tactic we took is the reason why we are all troubled up now. Since we filmed and edited the video, which we call the "gaishu" video so early, we don't have the editing file remaining. But some morons are asking for whatever the reasons they have to reedit the video NOW. I mean it's impossible to cut any footages out of the finished product, and we can't insert beeping sounds all over the place. This means that we must remake the whole thing over again.

Premiere is not an easy software to handle, especially on the CRAPPY editing PCs placed in the library. There were numerous errors, freezes, and mishandlings, which made us really PISSED OFF, and added on a lot of unnecessary, extra time until it's completion. What the F**K are the officials thinking? We students worked so hard to create this fascinating piece of work, and now they are telling us to remake it from a scratch, just to protect some F**KENprivacy that no one really cares about. It's just like this ego that the school has, without any logic. If you do have any logic to this SHIT you're telling us over and over again
in any case, please give me an explanation. That shall raise the reliability of you, yes, YOU! You F**KEN school officials! All the people that visit our Culture Festival are either uninterested grown ups, or their children, whom don't understand what the word "privacy" means or why is it important from all the cramming they go through, prior to the entrance exam.

Come on, in a constitutional state, new laws don't apply to crimes that were commited before it's formation. I'm not calling our video a crime, but they suddenly pointed out this new SHIT to us, and are ordering us to re-do our masterpiece in this time period, were most of the 1-Rui students are in haste with their senior theses. What's more, the date of the Culture Festival this year is a week earlier than normal years...precisely, 8 days after the theses hand in. And my class in REALLY incooperative. You people voted yes, when our managers asked the class on whether we are going to make a project for the Festival or not. Please take more responsibilty for your opinions, or decisions. Enough complaints. Good night.

Green Day - Platypus (I Hate You)

You rise and fall
Back up against the wall
What goes around is coming back and haunting you
It's time to quit
Cause you ain't worth the shit
Under my shoes or the piss on the ground

No one loves you and you know it
Don't pretend that you enjoy it or you don't care
Cause now I wouldn't lie or tell you all the things you want
to hear.
Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU

I heard your sick
Sucked on that cancer stick
A throbbing tumor and a radiation high
Shit out of luck
And now your time is up
It brings me pleasure just to know your going to die
No one loves you and you know it
Don't pretend that you enjoy it or you don't care
Cause now I wouldn't lie or tell you all the things you want to hear.
Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU

Dickhead, Fuckface, cock-smoking, mother-fucking, asshole,
dirty twat, waste of semen, I hope you die-HEY

Red eye, code blue
I'd like to strangle you
And watch your eyes bulge right out of your skull
When you go down
Head first into the ground
I'll stand above you just to piss on your grave

No one loves you and you know it
Don't pretend that you enjoy it or you don't care
Cause now I wouldn't lie or tell you all the things you want to hear.
Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU Cuz I HATE YOU

fully printed and ready

Wa-la! I don't think I'm going to need a new printer after all...I mean, for now. An installation of a new ink cartridge did just the job. Maybe we'll buy it before the New Year's Day, in order to make it possible to print out Nengajyos nicer and prettier. lol

So, since the printer behaved nicely today, I was able to print out full 34 pages of my senior thesis today. Yes, I filed it with the file thing I bought on Saturday. It's all ready to be handed in! Yay! Now, that's gotten out of my of my mind, I would focus on the Culture Festival until that's finished. After that, I'll begin studying for the Exit Exam. No time to lose...better enjoy the 5-day break I'm having academically, up until the due date of the graduation thesis.

tired

I am so tired today, but the things I were able to experience today could be once in a lifetime, at least for normal people like me. Gosh, it took me 2 hours to come home...I got home past midnight. Oh well. The train fee and the time it took to go there and come back was well worth it. It was soooo fun! I wonder how they're gonna edit it and air it...lol

There were big earthquakes in Niigata today. I'm wishing safety for all of those people whom suffered damage from them.
